Borble Chemical Labels are Digital Printed Labels Plus they are produced without plate costs using process colours to achieve high standards of colour match consistency. Artwork files in PDF format drive the digital label process and specific colour standards are defined across ranges of product.
Chemical labels are designed to combine colour, text and illustrations in the context of a leading brand. Labels are also specified by description and part number so that configuration and version control can be maintained by reference.
Printed on synthetic PP with a varnish finish and digitally printed on our Xeikon reel-to-reel presses in a fast service addressing individually small quantities of chemical labels across a large international range of products in various languages. We run two Xeikon reel-to-reel presses including the only high speed Xeikon 3300 in the UK. Each press has in-line finishing so we have the capacity and contingency to deliver the service you require.
Our Custom Printed Label service is fast; in an emergency we digitally print custom design labels immediately on receipt of a PDF file without the need to make plates or to process large minimum order custom label quantities. Under usual conditions we state our Printed Label lead time to be 4 days from receipt of artwork but in many cases we print in 2 days. For those customers with repeat orders for custom printed labels we arrange slots in our schedule so for example their orders and files received by Tuesday afternoon are printed that evening or Wednesday a.m. We have the capacity and flexibility to respond so please do contact us to discuss, for sample, quotes or press proofs.
