We have introduced an innovative on-line commercial service aimed at the growing number of entrepreneur and established smaller businesses that require world-class brand labelling for their collectively wide range of products. These products sell in domestic and export markets, to private and own-label outlets and wide variety product ranges in comparatively low volumes. On this website you can specify your labeling needs and get a quotation without delay. We apply on-line services to assist the process and from time to time we will introduce new features or changes in the light of experience.
Carriage Charges.
A courier charge calculation is made in the ordering process based on individual order weight and delivery option at prevailing commercial rates.
For locations outside mainland United Kingdom & Northern Ireland, please email us at hello2008@borble.com with your full address details and the items you wish to order and we will email you with the applicable charges for your acceptance before we process your order.
Payment.
Credit Card payment will be taken immediately on receipt of an order.
Delivery Times.
Most UK deliverables are sent via parcel carrier, these require a signature upon delivery, and though delivery times are approximate are delivered usually within three to five working days for priority orders. We aim to complete all outstanding orders within ten working days.
Delivery times for locations outside the United Kingdom are dependent on the destination and where possible, will be advised accordingly.
After-sales service and warranty.
Self-adhesive labels are supplied to your clear specification in terms of material, size, finish, design, quantity and delivery address. Any complaints must be notified to us in writing including to the email address above within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to quickly replace any labels found to be faulty due to our process.
Our customer services and technical staff will also engage with you to quickly resolve any other matters that are not of a Borble Ltd fault but where we can possibly assist.
Delivery dates are approximate only. Every reasonable effort will be made to meet these but we will not be liable if any delivery dates are not met. Neither delivery date nor time given shall be or be capable of being made of the essence of the contract.
Without prejudice to the buyer's statutory rights, Borble Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, suffered by the buyer or any other person, arising from the supply of goods by Borble Ltd or from their use or from any defect or failure in performance of the goods or otherwise, howsoever caused or occasioned (except for death or personal injury resulting from Borble Ltd negligence).
Please note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the suitability of the product for the application; specifications and samples are available to assist. Some materials supplied could deteriorate from excessive storage times or unsuitable storage conditions. No claims will be accepted in respect of such deterioration. All designs, artwork, plates, tooling and other origination work and materials remain the property of Borble Ltd.
To continuously improve our product, pre-press and after sales services we learn from experience and in order to assist our customers we enclose in this website and other places such case studies, examples and samples of what we consider being best practice in this new area of digital print. Where we can we may apply an internet link from our site to the site of an example we quote. Unless expressly agreed in writing to the contrary we retain the right to decide from the production orders we receive which examples to include in our website or elsewhere.
Borble Ltd accepts no responsibility for the content of any printed material and the buyer must ensure that this complies with all relevant legislation and regulations. Any machine readable codes incorporated by Borble Ltd in any product must be checked by the buyer on receipt of the goods. No responsibility will be accepted for any errors in proofs passed by the buyer.
