No Plate Costs with our Digital Labels Print
We print from a PDF and we can make press proofs of your whole range of label designs. To deliver the service you need we have selected Xeikon digital press technology. Since early 2005, we have printed more than 40,000 different sticky label designs and established a market leading service in the design and production of digitally printed self adhesive labels. We run two Xeikon presses each with inline label finishing and our experienced customer service team is determined to deliver the best possible fast and low cost service.

There is nothing inferior about digital labels print – it all sounds too good to be true but it is true; our dry toner is eco friendly we do not use solvents or create wet waste or abate fumes. The non-contact Xeikon process prints the lightest of highlights and dense solids; the toner is fused to the web and is colourfast, insoluble and durable.
Special Things About Small Run Labels
Once we have your order and artwork we are ready to print. Our usual lead time is a few working days but urgent situations are handled with priority. Press-proofing is a major benefit of the digital process enabling you to cut and apply examples of your labels taken from your files and printed on the production material and finish selected. Once approved, the press-proof becomes a contract standard for us to match.
Chemical Labels Print Examples
We print mainly by using the 4 colour process set of colours (CMYK). This is an international standard print approach that enables us to minimise set-up costs and to achieve consistent high quality in a fast and economic service. We also print an opaque white for backing on clear labels and we print window stickers with a white back-lamination. We print photo quality illustrations, fine tones and crisp text. Our digital process enables us to accommodate variable data which means that rolls of labels in the same run can be different, or differences can be contained within a roll, for example barcodes, numbers, text fields, images and colours.
