Car Stickers are essentially Window Stickers for cars window applicatons. Car Window Stickers are labels printed on clear material often have a patterned white layer printed under the colours or content. To achieve this effect a white separation file is produced in a colour that is switched to white at pre-press. Our digital process delivers a dense white from digital toner.

Often clear labels have regions that are not backed by white including black text but white is frequently used on bar codes and areas of illustration where the digital process does not require separations or grips and so delivers tightly conforming backing white as can be seen in the examples.
For the digital approach we have lead in the UK our Xeikon press does not use solvent based ink so we do not contaminate stock, we do not abate fumes to atmosphere or create wet waste. We do not require printing plates so we save the environmental impact of wastefully making expensive plates, transporting, cleaning, storing and disposing of polymer or metal printing plates. For short run labels including bottle labels, A4 labels, gloss labels, paper labels, plastic labels, removable stickers and waterproof labels our set-up material waste is much less than conventional print and we minimise the amount of packing materials required.
We brought the first digital presses of their type into the UK in order to deliver a fast delivery service for short run digital labels at a low cost.
