Why Digital Labels
Digital Label Printing is the new way for labels. We have been printing Digital Adhesive Labels for 5 years and in this time printed some 40,000 different label designs for all sorts of products as can be seen on the pages of this website.
Our Digital Printed Label service features our our ability to print press proofs on the production stock and finish without the need to buy plates for each colour. A single press proof can comprise a number of different designs in the single proof price. Press proofs can be cut and applied to fully model the label application before committing to any production volume and the approved press proof becomes our printed label standard.

Borble Printed Labels are supplied on reels so they can be easily applied by hand or automation. We reel to sorts so a single digital label print run that includes a number of different designs is separated into Custom Label Designs for final reeling by design. For more information on reeling options please see the artwork guidelines on this website. If required a region of the label can overprinted at bottling or filling and packing with batch or best before details; we apply a thermally receptive varnish to assist this process.
Our Cutom Printed Label service is fast; in an emergency we digitally print custom design labels immediately on receipt of a PDF file without the need to make plates or to process large minimum order custom label quantities. Under usual conditions we state our Printed Label lead time to be 4 days from receipt of artwork but in many cases we print in 2 days. For those customers with repeat orders for custom printed labels we arrange slots in our schedule so for example their orders and files received by Tuesday afternoon are printed that evening or Wednesday a.m. We have the capacity and flexibility to respond so please do contact us to discuss, for sample, quotes or press proofs.
