Borble Ltd digitally print self adhesive labels to rolls using the latest reel to reel digital label press technology. We run 2 Xeikon digital label printing presses printing a large process colour gamut CMYK with a special orange and opaque white for backing illustrations on clear labels where required.
Borble brought the first labels print presses of their type into the UK when in 2005 we introduced the Xeikon 330 then in 2009 added the high speed 1200 dpi Xeikon 3300. Each of our digital label presses has inline finishing including UV varnish for matt and gloss varnish, over-lamination for matt, gloss and window sticker finishing, die cutting and a large library of available die cutters, slitting to rolls and reeling to sorts. We have printed over 40,000 different label designs and our team have developed experience and skill related to product and service excellence.
